Johanna Suttnigg, Mag.a iur.

Johanna Suttnigg completed her studies at the University of Graz with an Erasmus stay at the University of Helsinki. Her scientific curiosity led her to continue her academic career as a university assistant immediately after graduating. Instead of sitting at the back of the lecture hall herself, she now holds her own lectures.

During the course of her studies, she developed a preference for comparative private law. This predilection allows her to look beyond the boundaries of Austrian law and research foreign legal systems. As part of her dissertation project, she is investigating commercial tenancy law from a comparative law perspective.
