Maximilian Korp, Mag.iur.

Maximilian Korp studied law at the Karl-Franzens-University Graz (2017-2021) and has been working as a university assistant in the department of Prof. Dr. Brigitta Lurger since February 2022^.

During his studies, Maximilian Korp already had the opportunity to work as a student assistant at the Institute of Civil Law and the Institute of Corporate Law. After completing his diploma studies, he continued his university work due to his great interest in legal issues in connection with digital platforms and the associated social challenges. His dissertation is dedicated to researching the new protection system of European private law for entrepreneurs who rely on and depend on digital platforms.
