FH-Hon.-Prof. Dr Stefan Gurmann, M.B.L.-HSG

Stefan Gurmann is a lawyer and managing partner of GURMANN Rechtsanwälte with offices in Vienna and Graz. His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, commercial litigation and specialises in providing legal advice to internationally active clients.

Stefan Gurmann is an experienced transaction and M&A lawyer with extensive expertise in drafting contracts and advising companies and projects in Austria, in CEE, in the context of national and international joint ventures in Europe and in cross-border restructurings. He holds a doctorate from the University of Graz and completed post-graduate studies at the renowned University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. Stefan Gurmann was a university assistant at the Institute for Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Criminology at the Karl-Franzens University of Graz and teaches as an honorary professor at the University of Applied Sciences Campus 02 and the University of Graz. He is President of the DACH European Bar Association and author of numerous publications on his areas of practice.
