Mag.iur. André Rohrleitner

After graduating, André Rohrleitner immersed himself in everyday court life, where he thought he wanted to stay forever - a twist of fate, however, brought the former student assistant back to university, where he now provides students with anecdotes from practice as a university assistant. He mainly deals with tort law and medical malpractice law, both at the interface with digitalization and data protection. He also completed a Master of Business Administration at a Californian university.

His tendency to think outside the box is also reflected in his dissertation topic, in which he deals with no-fault compensation and medical liability, comparing the Austrian, German and French legal situation.
