Sandra Schurian, Mag.a iur.
Sandra Schurian discovered her passion for succession law during her studies and worked in this field as a student assistant. After graduating and completing her court clerkship, she returned to university to deepen her research interests in succession law. In her dissertation, she is conducting comparative legal research into the effects of digitalization on succession law. She is focusing on examining the formal validity of electronic testamentary dispositions and the challenges for succession law arising from digitalization.
In the course of her work as a university assistant, she is particularly keen to familiarize the students on her course with academic work.
