Mag.iur. Lukas Liebenberger

Lukas Liebenberger was already employed as a study assistant and project assistant at various departments during his diploma studies, as well as a research assistant at a renowned law firm in Graz. Although he was very fascinated by the tasks in legal practice, his enthusiasm for law has kept him at the Department of Civil Law, where he has been working as a university assistant since 2022.

In his dissertation project, Lukas Liebenberger is working on the topic of “Protective purpose of the norm and public liability law”. The questions to be examined in this project have aroused his interest, not least because of the points of contact with public law and legal methodology. He also enjoys his work as a lecturer, where he attaches particular importance to conveying the content clearly. He is therefore known among his colleagues for supporting his lectures with graphics he has created himself.
