Mag.iur. Karoline Kletzmayr
Karoline Kletzmayr is research assistant for the Justice Without Litigation (JuWiLi) II project, dealing with non-contentious administration of civil justice out of courts in the EU.
She completed her law degree at University of Graz in 2024. During her studies, she worked as student assistant in Brigitta Lurger's department. She spent the final year of her law studies at Durham University in England, where she studied topics related to Commercial Law, Competition Law and EU Law of the Internal Market.
After her graduation, she completed an internship at the Court of Justice of the European Union before returning to Graz for her PhD at the Law Faculty. Her Dissertation focuses on the Control of General Terms and Conditions in Business-to-Business Contracts and Innovations in Private and Competition Law in the Digital Economy.
