Mag.iur. Karoline Kletzmayr
Karoline Kletzmayr is a research associate for the Justice Without Litigation (JuWiLi) II project, which deals with the non-contentious administration of civil justice outside the courts in the EU.
She completed her law degree at the University of Graz in 2024 and already worked as a student assistant in Brigitta Lurger's department during her studies. She spent her final year of study at Durham University in England, where she focussed on topics relating to commercial law, competition law and EU law of the internal market.
After graduating, she completed a six-month internship at the Court of Justice of the European Union before returning to Graz for her doctoral studies at the REWI Faculty. Her dissertation focuses on the control of general terms and conditions in business contracts and innovations in private and competition law in the digital economy.
